Hi all

We have had a couple of bad results over the last few weeks. The success of our team over the last 6-7 years has been down to the team spirit we have with the boys. This is vital to our success in the future. The team spirit we have is one of the best I have seen in all my years coaching.

This is not about any individuals and cannot be about any individuals we win and lose as a team that is how we have managed to keep so many boys for so many years and had so many great memories along the way.

Let’s get our heads back up and get that great team spirit back that we have been so used to over the years. The boys that brought that spirit are still here and will continue to bring that passion to our team and ensure we can be a success.

There is no “I” in team and our team is not about any individual. Our team is about each and every boy who plays for Syngenta Juveniles 2003s.
